Refunds & Returns Policy

01Overview

This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through BabyDashNow™.

Because we deliver baby essentials directly to customers, many products are considered hygiene-sensitive items. As a result, return eligibility is limited to protect health and safety standards.

Refund eligibility may vary depending on product condition, timing, and applicable law.

02Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

Once an order has been assigned to a delivery driver or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If cancellation is approved after dispatch, delivery fees may be non-refundable.

03Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In its original sealed packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise required by law.

Do not send items to the manufacturer. All return requests must be handled directly through BabyDashNow™.

04Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable once delivered and accepted:

  • Opened packs of diapers
  • Opened wipes
  • Opened or sealed formula once delivered
  • Bottles, pacifiers, and sanitary products
  • Perishable food or beverage items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital or downloadable products
Baby products that have been opened cannot be resold and therefore cannot be refunded unless defective.

05Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We may request photo verification before issuing:

  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • Store credit
Failure to report within 24 hours may limit refund eligibility.

06Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item is returned damaged (not due to our error)
  • Parts are missing from the order
  • The product is not in original condition
  • The return is requested after 30 days (subject to review)
All partial refund decisions are made at our discretion.

07Refund Processing

Once a return is approved and inspected:

  • You will receive email confirmation
  • Refund approval or denial will be communicated
  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution

08Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check the following before contacting us:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)
  • Contact your bank directly

If you still have not received your refund after these steps:

09Sale & Promotional Items

Sale or promotional items may be non-refundable unless:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon delivery
  • Required by applicable law

10Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item:

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

11Gift Orders

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit may be issued upon return approval.

If the gift was not marked as such, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

12Return Shipping

If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or defective.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for higher-value items
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mackwyn LLC (d/b/a BabyDashNow™) shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Product misuse after delivery
  • Manufacturer defects beyond replacement or refund of the purchase price
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
