Delivery timing varies with traffic, store availability, order volume, and your exact address in Stamford, Darien, Norwalk, or Greenwich. Are your products sealed and authentic?
Yes. Every product is picked directly from sealed retail stock at trusted local stores — Target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens. We visually verify condition at pickup. If the packaging looks off, we don’t take it. What arrives at your door is exactly what you’d pick off the shelf yourself.
Can I request a specific brand not listed in the shop?
Yes. Use the Custom Order page or text your request to (203) 223-9046. If the brand is available locally, Mackadeley will find it.
